We are seeking a skilled and dedicated General Practitioner to join our team in Gloucestershire. As a salaried GP, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our practices.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a GP to join our team and take advantage of our flexible working arrangements. You will have the flexibility to choose your own hours and work pattern, allowing you to balance your work and personal life. Our practices operate in Gloucester and the surrounding areas, offering a range of services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, working closely with our clinical and administrative teams.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our clinical strategies and policies.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the decision-making process.
- Take part in ongoing professional development and training to maintain and enhance your skills and knowledge.

Working ConditionsYou will be required to travel independently between our services in Gloucestershire, including Gloucester and the Forest of Dean. You will also be required to attend meetings and events hosted by other agencies throughout Gloucestershire and occasionally in other areas of the UK.
Person SpecificationWe are looking for a GP who is registered with the General Medical Council and has a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.
