Chief Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Accountant to lead our accountancy division and provide financial guidance to the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of finance advice and guidance to support the Medium-Term Financial Plan.

• Lead the accountancy division and provide strategic financial guidance to the organization.
• Ensure the effective delivery of finance advice and guidance to support the Medium-Term Financial Plan.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage and oversee the financial planning and budgeting process.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making.

• Ability to lead and manage a team of accountants.
• Strong financial planning and budgeting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data and provide recommendations.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.

• Ability to speak Welsh.
• Knowledge of Welsh language and culture.
