Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Executive to join our team at James Gray Associates. As a Payroll Executive, you will be responsible for processing payrolls for our clients, supervising junior staff, and assisting with training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Processing: Process the payroll for your own portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise junior staff and assist with training to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their roles.
  • Statutory and Pensions Payments: Process all statutory and pensions payments, and company benefits for our clients.
  • Client Relationships: Work with clients to establish strong relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Over 4 years of experience in a client/bureau setting, with multisite/multi-frequency payroll experience.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of statutory and pensions payments, as well as strong payroll systems and manual calculations skills.
  • CIS Payment Processing: CIS payment processing experience is desirable.
