We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Commercial Department and drive sales growth globally.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and inspire the internal Sales team to achieve annual sales, new member, and member retention targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase the company's membership base across all countries of operation.
- Drive sales of all company products, training, and other services.
- Undertake regular visits and develop a contact plan for key customers.
- Liaise closely with the sales team in all countries to support new and existing members.
- Organise events targeted at members and potential customers.
- Support with planning and meeting arrangements for exhibitions.
We are looking for a results-driven sales professional with a proven track record of leading and inspiring sales teams. You will have a comprehensive understanding of various industries and supply chains, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
You will be confident in meeting face-to-face with all levels of management and have a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Experience of working in a testing-based environment and using digital client management systems would be an advantage.
We offer a competitive salary up to £50k plus benefits, including 25-30 days annual leave, life assurance, and a group personal pension plan.
