- Service Coordination: Coordinate with our technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery, meeting customer expectations and deadlines.
- Vehicle Booking and Repair Advice: Book in vehicles, advise customers on repair duration, and provide estimates for repairs and maintenance.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our service team to deliver excellent service, ensuring seamless communication and a positive customer experience.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform basic administrative duties, such as data entry and record-keeping, to support the smooth operation of our service department.
Requirements:
- Customer Service Skills: Possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
