We are seeking an experienced Air Freight Import Specialist to join our team at First Choice Staff. As an Air Freight Import Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating the importation of air freight shipments from the UK to clients nationwide.

Responsibilities
---------------

* Customs Clearance: Clear air freight shipments using our operating system, Sequoia, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
* Handling Agent Coordination: Coordinate with handling agents at LHR to obtain release of cargo and ensure timely delivery to clients.
* Collection and Delivery: Arrange collections from LHR and deliveries to clients nationwide.
* Quoting and Administration: Quote clients and overseas agents, raise invoices, and pass suppliers invoices for payment.
* Quality Customer Service: Provide strong understanding of quality customer service, as this is what our business is built on.

Requirements
------------

* Minimum 5 years experience in air freight imports
* Monday to Friday, 09:00am to 17:30pm
* Salary: £35k - £45k
