As a Work Planner at Liberty, you will be responsible for controlling and monitoring daily work activity on our IT system. You will allocate and deliver services to agreed business priorities in the most cost-effective way, ensuring that work is completed within specified timeframes.

Key tasks include monitoring incoming work raised by the service centre, updating the IT system to allow statistical data to be collated and reported, and liaising with operatives to ensure work is completed efficiently.

Requirements
  • Strong administrative skills and ability to operate a computerized database system (ideally Opti-Time)
  • Experience in working with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access)
  • Ability to work to deadlines and strong communication skills
  • Experience gained within a social housing environment is beneficial
