Job Title: Internal Quality Assurer

About the Role

At SaluteMyJob, we are seeking a highly skilled Internal Quality Assurer to join our team. As an Internal Quality Assurer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our assessment processes and practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality assurance activities in line with our IQA strategy, Awarding Organisation, ESFA / DfE, and Ofsted requirements.
• Produce sampling plans based on risk and in line with our IQA strategy.
• Conduct observations of teaching, learning, and assessment, providing clear, constructive, supportive, and timely feedback.
• Give clear, accurate, and timely feedback to delivery staff, both verbally and in writing.
• Deliver training, mentoring, and support to delivery staff, along with delivering induction training to new members of staff.

Essential Requirements

• Appropriate mechanical engineering environment experience.
• Experienced Internal Quality Assurer.
• Good understanding of work-based learning programmes.

Qualifications

• Award in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice (or equivalent).
• Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (or equivalent).
• Engineering Level 3 qualification.

Security Clearance

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
