Head of Cybersecurity and Risk Management

Ricoh is seeking a seasoned IT cybersecurity and risk management professional to spearhead our IT Security transformation across EMEA. This role is pivotal in shaping the next 3-5 years of cyber security for our transition to a safe and secure digital services business.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor internal control effectiveness and utilize the latest technology to identify IT control risks.
- Explain roles in managing risk to partners and obtain buy-in to improve the organizational risk posture.
- Partner with Ricoh business units and corporate HQ to define and implement security procedures, protocols, and incident response plans.
- Develop technical solutions to improve key risk areas, such as data management, identity and access management, and business continuity.
- Chair the Cyberrisk governance for Ricoh EMEA with clear KPIs and metrics to drive investment in cyber prevention.
- Provide security-related design advice, guidance, and recommendations to project teams and customers following Secure by Design principles.
- Understand applicable regulations, guidelines, and industry best practices to manage cyber risk and ensure compliance.
- Develop, maintain, or audit security documentation, such as policies, standards, and procedures.
- Conduct internal security assessments to ensure continued compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Cybersecurity experience in MITRE classified attacks, system recovery, Microsoft Defender and Sentinel product suites, vulnerability scanning, and cyber incident recovery.
- Proven track record in senior leadership roles overseeing impactful IT transformation initiatives, with expertise in collaborating with enterprise architecture functions and embedding cloud transformation, cost optimization, vendor negotiations, and cyber prevention.
- Strong understanding of cloud cyber technologies, platforms, services, vendor management, and licensing models, with hands-on experience in negotiations and optimization.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, consistently delivering projects on schedule and within budget constraints, with a focus on maximizing benefits and minimizing costs.
- Strong leadership acumen, capable of inspiring and motivating cross-functional teams towards shared goals, including cloud adoption, cyber tooling, ISO, SOX, and regulatory compliance.
