Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the dining area for service, including setting up and cleaning equipment.
  • Assist in the preparation, cooking, and serving of food and beverages.
  • Ensure all equipment and catering areas are clean and well-maintained.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in industrial catering, with a track record of producing quality food in bulk.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and take charge in the manager's absence.
  • Ability to work under pressure and use initiative.
  • Good customer care skills and previous catering and food preparation experience.

Working Hours and Conditions:

  • 10 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term time only.
  • Four cleaning days throughout the year.
