Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage medicines safely and effectively, adhering to Trust policies and procedures.
- Provide high-quality care to patients from referral to assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and review, collaborating with other specialists as needed.
- Practice safe and appropriate nursing care, utilizing up-to-date knowledge and evidence to inform decision-making.
- Recognize and mitigate potential risks to patient health and wellbeing.
- Work towards timely and safe discharge or transfer of patients between hospital and services.
- Report and address safeguarding concerns, seeking advice and support as required.
- Supervise and assist with clinical procedures, ensuring optimal patient recovery.
- Contribute to quality initiatives, monitoring and auditing services to ensure high standards of care.
