We are seeking an experienced NPD Process Technologist to join their team at their facility near Worcestershire.
Key Highlights:
- Competitive salary range: £35,000 - £40,000 DOE

About the Role:
As NPD Process Technologist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth transition of products from concept to market launch.
This involves coordinating with various teams to meet deadlines, manage resources, and guarantee that products meet quality and regulatory standards.
Additionally, the role is responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvements within the factory, driving operational efficiencies, reducing costs, and enhancing productivity to support the business's overall success and profitabilityKey Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with operations and production teams for all upcoming production trials and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate pre-production and launch preparation.
- Accurately document settings for all machinery and ensure this is filed in product manuals.
- Work with technical, commercial, and operations teams to ensure products meet agreed specifications.
- Ensure all samples are sent on time and in full.
- Document and photograph products and ensure filed in finished product manuals.
- Work with the Technical team to establish an effective process for full-scale production.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar role within a food manufacturing environment.
- Food science degree or equivalent.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Food Safety and HACCP qualifications.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility with working hours to ensure all deadlines are met.
