Learning Experience Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vision Care Training Expert to join our team at EssilorLuxottica Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering, facilitating, and monitoring Leonardo activities across your assigned area of expertise and scope.
Key Responsibilities- Training Delivery: Design and deliver both in-person and virtual classroom, online learning, self-study, and complete blended programs to meet business goals and objectives.
- CPD Development: Develop and deliver Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to Optometrists and Dispensing Opticians that meets the General Optical Council requirements.
- Content Creation: Use scientific/clinical knowledge and industry experience to build credibility quickly and produce highly valued, industry-leading CPD content.
- Project Management: Be task-oriented with great organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects & stakeholders.
- Learning Curriculum: Drive and promote learning curriculum for assigned scope and area.
- Performance Tracking: Track and deliver on Leonardo KPI's.
- Culture Development: Help build and reinforce a culture of learning to drive sales, colleague performance and consolidate relationships with clients.
- Innovation: Able to bring innovative ideas with research to improve the learning experience of internal colleagues and external clients.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner/consult with Education Managers on the effective assessment of learners' needs against ideal behaviors that drive performance results.
- Training Needs Assessment: Assess and provide feedback on training and content needs based on data collection during classroom sessions/field visits/digital surveys.
- Industry Knowledge: Remain up to date on key initiatives, changes, and strategies within the market and industry and stay informed of current virtual delivery trends, tools, and strategies.
- Learner Engagement: Build and foster relationships with learners to influence and grow a strong culture of digital learning.
- Team Support: Support field leadership in building teams of the best people, fully engaged.
- Training Strategy: Assist with the development and implementation of training strategy, initiatives, incentives and curriculum in their market.
- Brand Ambassadors: Motivate, coach, and inspire learners to be avid brand/product ambassadors.
- Training Effectiveness: Track and analyse the effectiveness of training solutions; gather feedback from the learners and relay back to local and corporate team to evolve training offerings.
- Content Review: Review localised content for digital courses of the assigned scope and area.
- Proactivity: Proactive. Have a proven track record of 'making a difference'.
- Communication: Use excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build networks and effective relationships.
- Adaptability: Adapt to new/changing requirements and situations quickly.
- Work Environment: Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Sustainability: To work in line with in line with local and Group Environmental & energy policies and best practice, and in with local and EU legislation.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in optometry, significant optical experience, and a proven track record of training delivery. You should have prior experience of delivering CPD and learning, a clear understanding of digital and virtual learning tools, and outstanding virtual & face-to-face facilitation skills, strong communication and influencing abilities.
You should also have strong relationship and stakeholder management skills, be adaptable and able to effectively prioritise, and have excellent IT skills including Microsoft packages. Ability to travel to other sites where necessary.
