About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Associate to join our team at Clyde & Co. As a key member of our Personal Injury Litigation department, you will play a critical role in managing a caseload of pre-lit and litigated Fast Track and Multi-Track Disease claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of complex personal injury claims, including drafting of court documents and instructing counsel and experts as necessary.
- Assess liability and quantum, and prepare reports and advice to support case strategy.
- Develop and implement effective case management plans to achieve successful outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation, case law, and industry developments to ensure best practice and expert knowledge.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in personal injury litigation, with a strong background in disease claims.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Highly organized and efficient, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a positive and flexible attitude.
