The Business Solution Design & Delivery Manager, acting as an Internal Consultant, will be accountable for:

·Strategic Analysis: Perform thorough evaluations of intricate business challenges that are vital to organizational success. Facilitate the creation and assessment of alternatives to enable effective solutions. Guide the decision-making process and produce high-quality documentation for executive stakeholders.

·Project Acceleration: Provide support throughout all stages of project development by offering an external perspective and aiding in identifying the root causes of challenges or delays. Assist the project team in resetting or speeding up project timelines. Coordinate communication and decision-making processes among senior stakeholders.

·Business Consulting: Organize, facilitate, and document management workshops and ideation sessions that yield productive results and help achieve objectives. Design and implement surveys and expert interviews, and structure and analyze findings from both quantitative and qualitative internal surveys.

·Process Definition and Continuous Improvement: Define and document existing and future processes while identifying necessary training and documentation requirements. In process reengineering projects, pinpoint streamlined processes and evaluate their impacts within programs or as standalone initiatives.

·Change Management: Utilize Change Management methodologies and tools across various projects, including impact assessments, rollout planning, stakeholder management, communication, and training. Oversee the transition to business-as-usual operations.

·Knowledge Sharing among Transformation & Change Team: Disseminate expertise and lessons learned from program executions among Business Solution Design Managers to foster knowledge exchange.

·Expected to operate autonomously to drive and deliver services with minimal oversight from Practice leaders or designated project coaches.

You will report to the Business Solution Design & Delivery Team Lead.

We seek candidates who possess the following skills and qualifications:

·Several years of experience in consulting roles, preferably within a Big4 environment.

·Extensive background in managing strategic and/or global programs in an international context, along with other relevant experience. Independently manages defined workstreams while proactively considering interdependencies with other areas.

·Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities, with influential collaborative skills and experience working across multiple teams and stakeholders, comfortable engaging with C-suite executives.

·Strong analytical and conceptual skills complemented by effective interpersonal skills.

·Acts as a role model and provides support to junior colleagues in project execution.

·Proficient Change Management skills, with experience in assessing change impacts and delivering targeted change management activities for various stakeholder groups.

·Background in the insurance industry is a significant advantage.

·Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

·PROSCI and/or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.

·MBA is a plus.
