We are seeking an experienced ERP Specialist to join our team at Reed. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and troubleshooting our ERP system, Syteline, to support our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions to improve process efficiency.
- Design and implement Syteline modules to meet business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Develop and deliver training sessions to ensure effective user adoption and minimize system downtime.
- Continuously monitor and improve the ERP system, identifying areas for optimization and implementing changes as needed.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and requirements for future enhancements.
- Implement system upgrades and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Utilize version control software to track changes and maintain system integrity.
- Troubleshoot day-to-day issues and provide user support to ensure system uptime.
- Maintain the security and integrity of the Syteline environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Syteline ERP usage, administration, or development.
- Experience in a manufacturing and engineering environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a high level of understanding of databases.
- Business analysis and technical skillset.
- Fundamental knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) and report building.
- Familiarity with APS Planning or similar manufacturing planning systems.
- Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Business Intelligence Development Studio (BIDS).
- Knowledge of Windows Server, SQL Server, Stored Procedures, and Queries.
Desirable Skills:
- Some knowledge of Visual Basic (VB.NET & VBA), or the willingness to develop these skills.
