Simply Gym is expanding its leadership team as part of a strategic reinvestment initiative. We are in search of a proactive and inspiring leader to manage our operations effectively.
This role requires a candidate with a proven track record in management, showcasing both business insight and a passion for enhancing the overall experience of our members. The ideal individual will be adept at improving the standards and reputation of the facility while nurturing a growing community of fitness enthusiasts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the fitness center.
- Enhance the commercial success of the organization.
- Ensure the highest standards of operational performance.
- Meet and exceed established performance indicators.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to foster a culture of success.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated management experience in a fitness or leisure environment.
- A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and exceptional leadership capabilities.
- Minimum qualification of Level 2 Gym Instructor.
- Proven success in driving sales, executing local marketing strategies, and leading effective teams.
- Experience as a General Manager or significant background as a Fitness Manager is preferred.
