Production Operative Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Production Operative to join our manufacturing team in Halesowen, United Kingdom. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, and ensuring production targets are met in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Machinery Operation: Safely and efficiently operate machinery and equipment to meet production targets.
  • Product Assembly: Assemble products according to company specifications, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  • Quality Control: Perform quality checks on finished products and report defects to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
