Role Overview

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our digital team as a Digital Construction Specialist. This is a hybrid role split between office, project sites and home. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our digital management team and helping to shape how we, our supply chain and customers embrace and implement digital construction techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Digital Management Team in reviewing and implementing relevant BIM documentation aligned with industry standards.
  • Coordinate delivery and assurance of project information, including geometry, data, scanning, visuals, and logistics.
  • Promote digital processes and procedures within the organization.
  • Ensure model compliance with customer, framework, and relevant standards.
  • Provide training and support to teams and stakeholders.
  • Manage interfaces between different BIM software and solutions.
  • Collaborate with other design disciplines for design integrity and best practices.

Essential Criteria

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Solibri, Navisworks, Revizto, and Viewpoint for Projects.
  • Knowledge of clash detection methodologies and procedures.
  • Ability to generate and review COBie information.
  • Familiarity with laser scanning processes (desirable).
  • A BIM or related degree.
  • Strong organizational skills, effectively planning and prioritizing workload.
  • Ability to work across multiple projects of varying values, ensuring timely completion and delivery.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain accurate documentation and records.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively handle changing priorities.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and successful project completion.
