Job Title: Retail Minibus Driver

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Retail Minibus Driver to join our team. As a Retail Minibus Driver, you will be responsible for transporting a small team of stock counters to and from each shift within your region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the transportation of stock counters to and from each shift
  • Follow correct processes when notifying count team of pick-up points and timings
  • Escalate any issues with the vehicle in a timely and efficient manner
  • Complete team attendance sheet, detailing stock counters expected on the bus, who attended, and arrival time of the bus on site
  • Ensure stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner
  • Stand for prolonged periods of time and access equipment may be used on occasion to reach high stock
Requirements:
  • Full Driving License
  • 'Can do' attitude and ability to work long shifts where required on large counts
  • Quick learner with ability to adapt to changing technology
  • Any experience of handling stock is an advantage but not a necessity
