Key Responsibilities:- Deliver Engaging English Lessons: Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons that inspire and engage students, fostering a love for the subject.
- Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development and enhancement of the English curriculum, ensuring alignment with national standards and educational best practices.
- Assessment and Feedback: Implement effective assessment strategies and provide constructive feedback to students, promoting continuous improvement and academic achievement.
- Classroom Management: Create a positive and inclusive learning environment, managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a safe and conducive space for learning.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices, participate in professional development, and contribute to the overall success of the English department.
- Parental Engagement: Establish open and effective communication with parents, providing updates on student progress and addressing any concerns or queries.
- Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in English Education or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.
- Teaching Experience: Proven experience as an English Teacher with a track record of successful student outcomes.
- Curriculum Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and innovative teaching methods.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Student Motivation: Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
