Job Title: HR Business Partner

We're currently looking for an HR Business Partner to join our office in Maidenhead. As a key member of our People team, you will be responsible for coaching, supporting, and guiding the organization in all HR-related topics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with People leaders in UK to drive People strategy and have a direct impact on our continued success
  • Provide guidance on day-to-day performance management and employee relations cases
  • Work hands-on with organizational changes, work environment, work relationships, and talent management
  • Create, drive, and integrate elements of the People strategy and processes through Employee lifecycle
  • Initiate and drive different People-related initiatives and projects
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of local legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees
Requirements
  • 4-8 years of experience as an HR-business partner independently supporting and coaching a diverse set of leaders
  • Good knowledge and/or experience within national employment law and independently handling employment law-related matters
  • Experience from working in global organizations with an international setup is valuable
  • A good understanding of the many disciplines within HR, including DE&I, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, and Talent Management
  • Having a strategic mindset, capability of swiftly identifying priorities, and implementing and executing initiatives and projects
  • Excellent stakeholder management and developing good work relationships across the organization
  • Strong change management and project management capabilities
