Position Overview

Our client is seeking a SAP IT Program Leader to oversee projects within the aerospace sector. This role is pivotal in ensuring effective communication and collaboration among various stakeholder groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including project sponsors, senior user representatives, and IT leadership. Strong executive communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Project Oversight: Lead the budgeting, planning, scheduling, and financial management of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Resource Coordination: Manage project resources effectively, tracking spending and labor to ensure optimal project execution.
  • Communication Facilitation: Prepare and present project documentation, facilitating constructive meetings to drive project success.
  • Change Management: Collaborate with IT service transition teams and business process owners to ensure seamless organizational change.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Information Technology, with a strong background in SAP implementations.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing IT projects or programs, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale projects with significant budgets.

This position requires a strategic thinker with exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills, capable of navigating complex project landscapes.
