About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join our Marketing Team at PT Executive (& Category-Captain). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to effectively reach consumers and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute brand innovation plans based on consumer-led insight
- Lead the implementation of market research, advertising, and promotion activities
- Manage new product development and ensure timely delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners
- Manage marketing spend budgets and identify opportunities for growth
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and identify opportunities for new product development or range extension
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 3+ years of experience in consumer brand marketing, preferably in FMCG or drinks
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
