About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join our Marketing Team at PT Executive (& Category-Captain). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to effectively reach consumers and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute brand innovation plans based on consumer-led insight
  • Lead the implementation of market research, advertising, and promotion activities
  • Manage new product development and ensure timely delivery
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners
  • Manage marketing spend budgets and identify opportunities for growth
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and identify opportunities for new product development or range extension
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in consumer brand marketing, preferably in FMCG or drinks
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
