Role Summary

We are seeking a PMO Analyst to join our team in Stirling. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the governance of projects and programs, including resource allocation, budget management, and data analysis. This role will also involve working closely with project managers to ensure the effective delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate data and reports are maintained to support project governance and standards.
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure governance is applied correctly to project change orders and project lifecycles.
  • Contribute to maintaining and promoting best practices for project and program office management.
  • Provide regular reports to project managers and the PMO manager/change portfolio lead.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on project data, provide reports, and trend analysis to ensure accurate and meaningful information.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the program to support effective project delivery.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of project office industry best practice and methodology.
  • Knowledge of project and program management industry best practice and methodology.
  • Currently working towards or an interest in project management qualifications, such as Prince2, APMP, and ISEB.
  • Experience working within a financial services organization.
