Position Overview:
This role is essential for maintaining the high standards of our culinary offerings. As a vital member of the Kitchen brigade at 11 Cadogan Gardens, you will play a key role in crafting delightful desserts that leave a lasting impression on our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction through the creation of exquisite desserts that you will take pride in presenting. Your goal is to ensure every guest departs with a smile.
- Supervise the Pastry Section, ensuring that quality and operational standards are consistently upheld.
- Mentor and motivate the Pastry Commis chefs, fostering their development and encouraging a collaborative team environment.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of our culinary offerings and stay informed about seasonal menu updates to drive sales effectively.
- Execute essential kitchen processes and standards with confidence, demonstrating these practices consistently.
- Take responsibility for daily and weekly tasks, including temperature monitoring, food labeling, and proper storage protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, treating colleagues as family and actively seeking opportunities to assist others.
