Job Summary
The Co-ordinator of Youth Work will be responsible for developing and implementing programs to support the education and employment of young people in Inverclyde.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with local employers and education providers to create opportunities for young people.
- Design and deliver training programs to equip young people with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the workforce.
- Work with local authorities and community groups to identify and address the needs of young people in Inverclyde.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in youth work or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of local employment and education opportunities.
