We are seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Academics. The successful candidate will provide support to a student on a 1:1 basis in a primary school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide learning support to the student, including supervising and assisting with their education and behavioural plans.
- Establish strong relationships with students and staff, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of the student, adhering to school policies and procedures.
- Assist with the development of individual education and behavioural plans, setting challenging expectations for pupils to achieve learning goals.
Requirements:
- Experience in behavioural support and learning support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with students and staff.
- Positive attitude towards teaching and aiding children's development.
