The Role: Lead Content Analytics Architect
We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Content Analytics Architect to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge analytics solutions that drive data-informed decision-making across our client portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of comprehensive content analytics strategies for clients, encompassing data collection, processing, analysis, and visualization.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technology, and client stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration of analytics solutions into existing workflows.
- Leverage your expertise in data science methodologies and approaches to uncover actionable insights from complex datasets, driving strategic recommendations for content optimization and performance improvement.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the marketing analytics landscape, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance our capabilities and deliver innovative solutions.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of technology experience, with 5+ years specializing in Marketing Technology.
- Proven track record in Technical/Functional design and Solutions Architecture within the marketing analytics domain.
- Deep understanding of data science methodologies and approaches, with hands-on experience applying them to real-world marketing challenges.
- Experience delivering strategic analytics projects involving complex datasets, demonstrating a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) principles and agile project management methodologies.
- Experience working effectively with offshore teams in a collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in utilizing project management software solutions such as Workfront, Atlassian, MS Project, or Smartsheet to manage both waterfall and agile projects.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging Marketing Technology solutions, with a particular focus on data-driven platforms and tools.
- Experience working with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and associated concepts such as Cloud-First applications and Infrastructure as Code.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to effectively problem-solve and collaborate with both clients and internal teams.
- Strong leadership qualities, capable of leading and facilitating effective technical work sessions with clients.
- Solution-oriented, collaborative, and possess exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines effectively.
- A self-motivated individual with the drive and capability to build and manage a high-performing team.
- Preferred: Certification and experience with Agile Scrum methodologies.
