Health and Safety Quality Manager

We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Quality Lead to join our team at Recruit 2 You. This role will involve working closely with all departments to ensure our client's company is constantly compliant with best practices in both Health and Safety and Quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and manage Citation, update, and issue training modules to ensure employees are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.
- Conduct an annual audit to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations by all employees, identifying potential hazards and determining ways of reducing risks.
- Provide ongoing training and meetings to assist employees in maintaining a safe working environment.
- Investigate any health and safety issues raised by management or employees, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Manage First Aider and Fire Marshall responsibilities, ensuring all procedures are carried out as per agreed policy and procedures.
- Regularly review the manufacturing area, including checking lifting equipment, fire extinguishers, walkways, and the general safety of the workshop and office environment.
- Manage an annual audit of Safe Contractor, CHAS, and other Accreditations, ensuring our client's company maintains its high standards.
- Up-to-date knowledge of relevant Health & Safety legislation.
- CMIOSH or NEBOSH Diploma.
- Up to 3 years' Health and Safety experience within Automation (an advantage).
- Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
This is a full-time role based in our client's Nottingham Office. The salary for this role is between GBP30,000 and GBP35,000 (depending on experience).
