We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Postperson with Driving to join our team at Royal Mail. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering mail and parcels to customers across Bristol and surrounding areas.
About the Role
As a Postperson with Driving, you will be required to work a 37-hour week, covering a variety of shifts across Monday to Sunday. You will be based at our Bristol Delivery Office and will be responsible for delivering mail and parcels to customers in the Chew, Stoke, Blagdon, Paulton, and Pensford areas.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary, paid monthly, with an hourly rate of £12.54. You will also receive 22.5 days' holiday, rising with length of service, and a company pension scheme with competitive contribution rates. In addition, you will have access to our trainee manager roles and Apprentice Schemes, as well as excellent family-friendly support, including enhanced maternity pay and paternity leave.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong sense of community and take pride in what you do. You will also need to be happy walking for long periods and working outside in any weather. A full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points is also required.
