We are currently seeking a proficient General Builder to become a member of our Property Team in Oxfordshire. Given the nature of the role, a company van and fuel card will be provided to facilitate your daily responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Builder, you will be responsible for a range of general construction repairs and maintenance tasks for our properties as part of the Responsive Repairs Team.

  • Drainage tasks, pipework repairs, and soakaway installations
  • Roofing assignments, roof repairs, and gutter maintenance
  • Re-pointing, rendering, tiling, and cement work
  • Installation and repair of fencing, including various types of fencing
  • Self-leveling compound application, flooring installation, and tile work
  • Brickwork and blockwork repairs

Qualifications:

Ideally, you should possess at least an NVQ level 2 in a Building trade or equivalent experience in the industry. Experience working in both occupied and vacant properties is crucial, along with exceptional customer service skills. A strong focus on health and safety practices is essential, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
