About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Tyre Fitter to join our team. As a Mobile Tyre Fitter, you will be responsible for fitting and maintaining agricultural and construction machinery tyres, with a small degree of commercial and car tyre maintenance/fitting. You will work 95% in the field, visiting customers' premises to fit tyres, and spend the remaining 5% at our Thame/Hinckley depot collecting equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fitting and maintaining agricultural and construction machinery tyres
  • Performing tyre maintenance and repair work on commercial and car tyres
  • Working in a fast-paced outdoor environment, often in remote locations
  • Providing excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Working with heavy machinery and equipment

About You

We are looking for a motivated and skilled individual with previous tyre fitting experience. You should have a strong understanding of agricultural and construction machinery tyres and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. A full UK driving licence is essential.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive basic salary of £28-£32k, overtime, out of hours callout payments, and a monthly incentive scheme. You will also receive company uniform and PPE, a company vehicle, and mobile phone. We offer a company pension scheme and up to 25 days holiday per year.
