Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team at Unipart Rail. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth functioning of our logistics operations.
Working Hours
Full-time, Monday to Friday, with flexible working patterns as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately execute all material handling tasks, including receiving, storing, inventory management, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
- Conduct stock audits and assist in the relocation of inventory as needed, ensuring both electronic and physical checks are performed.
- Maintain flexibility in working hours and be available for on-call duties as necessary, adapting to the needs of the business.
- Respond to customer requirements promptly, ensuring effective communication regarding order processing and delivery.
- Organize transportation logistics when required, providing necessary details for successful dispatch.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse processes and customer satisfaction.
- Perform all tasks with a focus on safety, adhering to health and safety regulations and reporting any hazards immediately.
Essential Qualifications
- Understanding of contemporary warehouse operations.

Desirable Qualifications
