At Iconic Resourcing, we are collaborating with a reputable and welcoming law firm that is experiencing consistent growth. We are currently in search of dedicated and passionate Solicitors at senior levels to enhance their International and Offshore Injury Litigation team.

Role Overview:

As a key member of this team, you will engage with a wide array of intriguing cases. Your responsibilities will include representing clients involved in international aviation incidents, managing employer liability cases related to offshore activities, and addressing catastrophic injury claims occurring abroad. Additionally, you will assist clients with complex product liability matters, advocating for consumers affected by defective products.

In this position, your contributions will extend beyond securing compensation; you will provide essential support and empathy to clients during some of their most challenging times, helping them navigate their situations with care and understanding.

Candidate Profile:

  • You are a fully qualified Scottish Solicitor with a strong focus on client-centered litigation.
  • Your background may include experience in personal injury law, civil litigation, or commercial litigation, and you are eager to transition into a field where you can create a significant impact.
  • A keen attention to detail, initiative, and a genuine desire to assist others are crucial attributes for this role.
