About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Trainer to join our Epic Electronic Patient Record (EPR) Programme Implementation team. As a Principal Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in transforming patient care by designing and building Epic EPR applications, creating impactful training packages, and delivering engaging training sessions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and build Epic EPR applications, contributing to their design, build, and testing.
  • Develop comprehensive training packages and materials that empower end users with the knowledge they need.
  • Lead engaging training sessions and support the End-User Training team to ensure successful adoption of Epic EPR.
Requirements
  • Expert training skills, with proven experience in delivering training to large groups in a digital environment.
  • Learning design mastery, with expertise in learning theories, techniques, and needs assessment to create top-notch training resources.
  • Organizational savvy, with outstanding organizational and communication skills, coupled with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
