About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Cooper Lomaz Recruitment. This role involves implementing HR processes and systems to enhance organisational and people capability, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement HR processes, practices, and systems, including staffing, performance management, and employee relations.
- Coordinate workforce planning and forecasting initiatives in line with site HR goals.
- Provide expert advice on HR and labour regulatory issues, and coach leaders to support effective employee relationships.
- Deliver cost-effective HR solutions to attract and retain essential skills.
- Manage HR projects, facilitate change management, and engage with stakeholders.
- Utilise corporate resources to provide tactical and operational support.
- Implement improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or CIPD qualification essential.
- Minimum of two years of relevant HR experience or operations professional-level experience.
- Proven experience with UK Employment Law and managing investigations.
- Strong skills in recruitment, employee relations, and HR project management.
- Experience in training and development, and maintaining HR systems.
