Electrical Design Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our team as an Associate or Senior Electrical Design Engineer – MEP / Building Services. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a growing forward-thinking engineering consultancy that offers a family feel and encourages career development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing existing client relationships, working with clients to establish project briefs, and leading projects from technical fulfillment to completion. They will also oversee junior members of staff and provide complete designs with attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with clients to define project requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Produce high-quality designs that meet client expectations and industry standards.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Building Services Design Engineer.
- Hold a relevant Electrical / Building Services Design qualification to HNC/Degree level.
- Strong technical skills, including calculations, drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Full UK driving license.
