Job Summary:

Singular is seeking a highly experienced Clinical Team Lead - Technology Transfer to join our team in Guildford. As a Clinical Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of clinical scientists in the validation and verification of new diagnostic molecular and cell-based assays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of clinical scientists in the validation and verification of new diagnostic molecular and cell-based assays
  • Collaborate with R&D teams to ensure that new assays are designed and developed to meet clinical requirements
  • Develop and implement clinical validation strategies to ensure that new assays are safe and effective for use in a clinical setting
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that new assays are integrated into our diagnostic platform
  • Provide scientific and technical expertise to support the development and implementation of new assays

Requirements:

  • PhD or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g. molecular biology, cell biology, biochemistry)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a clinical validation role, with a focus on molecular and cell-based diagnostics
  • Proven track record of leading teams and managing projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
