Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Operations Manager to join our team at our Holiday Inn Hotel in Bournemouth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence across the customer journey and ensuring that our hotel meets the highest standards of service and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the operational team to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed brand standards.
  • Work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the HOD team to ensure seamless delivery of services across all shifts and departments.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a hotel management role, with a strong background in food and beverage operations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices, with a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
