About the Role:

Field Sales Engineer - Electrical & Electronic

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Engineer to join our team at On Target Recruitment. As a Field Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for selling test and measurement equipment to engineering end-users, including small companies and large multinationals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling test and measurement equipment from leading manufacturers, including Tektronix and Fluke.

  • Identifying and winning new business opportunities in the engineering sector.

  • Managing a portfolio of existing accounts and developing new relationships with key decision-makers.

  • Working closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a focus on revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the test and measurement industry, with a strong understanding of technical products and applications.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the needs of the business.

  • Strong technical knowledge of test and measurement equipment, with the ability to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
