About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Lifeguard to join our team at Butlins Splash Waterworld. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our guests while they enjoy our waterpark facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the pool area to prevent accidents and ensure guest safety
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests
  • Participate in poolside activities and events to create a fun and engaging experience for our guests
  • Work collaboratively with our team to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests

Requirements:

  • Previous lifeguarding experience or willingness to undergo training
  • Strong swimming ability and attention to detail
