Conveyancing Expert

We are seeking a talented Conveyancer or Property Solicitor to join our dynamic team at Marriott Recruitment Ltd. As a key player in our Conveyancing department, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of cases, from freehold and leasehold transactions to re-mortgages and transfers of equity.

• Manage your own caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and re-mortgages.
• Collaborate with our Managing Partner on complex cases, utilizing your expertise to deliver exceptional results.
• Prepare and advise on transfers of equity, residential tenancy agreements, and other related documents.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking with local estate agents and other referrers.
• Represent our department at public events, fostering strong relationships with the local community.
• Participate in department meetings and training courses to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
• Ensure compliance with our firm's administrative disciplines and routine accounts.
• Provide secretarial services, including typing, filing, and photocopying, as needed.
• Develop and implement a personal development plan, evaluating the impact of training on your performance.
• Contribute to our firm's customer service standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
