Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Repair Specialist to join our dynamic workshop team at Lookers Buckinghamshire Jaguar Land Rover. As a key member of our team, you will work alongside experienced technicians, focusing on vehicle health checks, services, and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing vehicle health checks using advanced technology to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Carrying out services according to manufacturer guidelines, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Completing additional repairs with customer approval, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of workmanship.
  • Executing warranty repairs as per manufacturer instructions, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Conducting road tests to ensure quality and safety, providing a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintaining high standards and thorough paperwork, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements:

  • A minimum NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualification.
  • Motor industry experience, with a valid UK driving license.
  • Brand experience is beneficial, but not required as training will be provided.
