Family Solicitor / Associate

We are seeking an experienced Family Solicitor / Associate to join our growing team in Dudley. As a Family Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, and child arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing expert legal advice and representation to clients
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and clients to achieve the best outcomes
  • Managing a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, and child arrangements
  • Demonstrating excellent technical ability and drafting skills
  • Maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and empathy
  • Displaying strong commercial acumen in managing cases and advising clients

We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with a positive attitude towards challenges and change. Experience of advocacy and private children law is advantageous. If you are passionate about supporting clients with a wide range of family matters, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:
  • Qualified with PQE as a Family, Divorce and/or Finances, Private Law Solicitor
  • Proven track record in dealing with divorce proceedings and mid-asset financial matters
  • Technically strong with an eye for detail
  • Excellent communicator with excellent client care skills
