  • Manage Behaviour Effectively: Use effective behaviour management techniques to create a positive and productive learning environment.
  • Develop and Implement Sessions: Create and deliver sessions in line with the national curriculum, ensuring that students receive high-quality education.
  • Provide Support and Guidance: Offer support and guidance to students with special educational needs (SEN), helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
  • Adapt Teaching Methods: Adapt teaching methods to suit the needs of individual students, ensuring that they receive the best possible education.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance, providing valuable insights into their learning journey.

Requirements:

  • Strong Knowledge of the National Curriculum: Possess a deep understanding of the national curriculum, ensuring that you can deliver high-quality education to students.
  • Excellent Lesson Planning Skills: Develop and implement engaging and interactive lessons that cater to the needs of individual students.

  • Resilient and Able to Handle Challenging Situations: Remain resilient and able to handle challenging situations, ensuring that you can provide high-quality education to students.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Level 2 Safeguarding and Prevent Certification: Possess a Level 2 Safeguarding and Prevent certification, ensuring that you can provide a safe and secure learning environment for students.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), ensuring that you have the necessary qualifications and experience to deliver high-quality education to students.
  • Educational Qualification in Relevant Field: Possess an educational qualification in a relevant field, ensuring that you have the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver high-quality education to students.
