We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Waiter at 34 Mayfair, a distinguished restaurant in the heart of London's Mayfair. As a Waiter, you will be an integral part of delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Take and relay accurate food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar, maintaining a smooth workflow.
  • Provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and wine selections, showcasing your knowledge and expertise.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service, upholding the highest standards of quality and attention to detail.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with tact and professionalism, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our guests.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-end restaurant or similar establishment, demonstrating your ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards, ensuring a polished and professional service.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team, maintaining a positive and supportive attitude.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience, consistently exceeding expectations.
