About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development: Develop and maintain mobile applications using the Flutter framework, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and responsiveness.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to define design and ship new features.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to junior developers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Identify and correct bottlenecks, fix bugs, and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Integration and Deployment: Integrate data from various backend services and databases, and ensure seamless deployment of mobile applications.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in Flutter development, and apply this knowledge to improve our mobile applications.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain technical documentation, and participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives to ensure team members have access to the latest information and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Flutter Developer or similar role, with a strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, mobile application development for iOS and Android platforms, and knowledge of mobile app integration with backend APIs and services.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Flutter framework and Dart programming language, strong understanding of agile software development methodologies, knowledge of version control systems (e.g. Git), and excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and interdisciplinary environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
