Elite Audit Seeks Experienced IT Infrastructure Manager
This is an exciting opportunity to take responsibility for managing the IT support team and an infrastructure analyst, driving the creation of infrastructure roadmaps, as well as the implementation of technical change arising from projects. This is a hands-on role, where, as well as managing the team, you will need to handle active incidents, following appropriate escalation and implementing the resulting changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the IT support team and infrastructure analyst to ensure seamless IT operations.
- Develop and implement infrastructure roadmaps to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Implement technical changes arising from projects, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Handle active incidents and follow established escalation procedures to ensure prompt resolution.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience working with Group Policy administration, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Office365, and Windows 10.
- Intune and Auto pilot knowledge would be beneficial.
- Experience of driving infrastructure, network, and telephony change, and project work based on roadmaps.
- Experience of introducing build automation for servers and end-user devices.
- Experience working with Microsoft Server and Hyper-V VMware.
- Experience managing backup, Business Continuity, and DR solutions.
- Good working knowledge of PowerShell.
- Knowledge of industry standards – ISO 20001 / ITIL / Cyber Essentials.
