About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to join our client's team in Newbury. As a key member of the HQ Team, you will be responsible for managing the company's inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock holding, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain inventory levels, including setting and reviewing min and max stock levels
  • Coordinate with suppliers to arrange collections and track deliveries
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to forecast procurement needs and assess supplier performance
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide reports to Company Directors
  • Manage purchasing software (Unleashed) and negotiate special pricing for large quantity orders
  • Match supplier invoices to bills in Xero and ensure Sales Order Processing continues in any absence
Requirements
  • Procurement courses and qualifications (such as CIPS) are welcomed but not essential
  • Experience of delivering strategic contributions to company growth and collaboration with other departments
  • Developing and building external relationships, good background knowledge of purchasing, and experience in data trending and analysis
  • Relationship Management, Logistics experience, and strong communication skills
What We Offer
  • Salary of £35,000 - £40,000 DOE
  • Yearly bonus of up to 10%, depending on performance
  • Salary reviews and salary increases, depending on performance
